When you submit the website form, the information is processed by Intelinet's Cloudflare-hosted website and delivered by email to Intelinet. The website does not maintain a separate customer database for these submissions.
Information you send
Email inquiries may include your name, email address, organization, project stage, and project description. Please do not send confidential manuscripts, technical files, account credentials, immigration information, financial information, or regulated data before Intelinet agrees on an appropriate transfer method.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to assess fit, communicate about a potential engagement, prepare a scope, and maintain ordinary business records. Intelinet does not sell inquiry information.
Third-party services
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, spam protection through Turnstile, limited web analytics, and the email-delivery function used by the inquiry form. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to secure and deliver the request, such as an IP address, browser details, challenge results, and request metadata. Links to YouTube, LinkedIn, email providers, publishing platforms, and other third parties are governed by those services' own privacy practices. Visiting an external link leaves this website.
Retention and requests
Business correspondence may be retained while an inquiry or engagement is active and as reasonably needed for business, legal, or accounting purposes. To ask about information you sent, email [email protected].
